Kissaki owner Garry Kanfer has partnered with Montclair Hospitality Group’s founder Luck Sarabhayavanija and CEO Joey Simons to bring pastaRAMEN to the omakase room at Kissaki in Water Mill (670 Montauk Hwy) starting June 26, 2023. pastaRAMEN’s Executive Chef Robbie Felice who is known for his irresistible Wafu (Japanese Inspired) Italian, will serve up tastings starting at $250 per person for an 8 course dinner with standout dishes like Temomi Truffle Porcini Ramen, a Pastrami Gyutan Sando and Whipped Mortadella Gyoza Fritti, which have been favorites at sold-out pop up dinners. There are two seatings offered on Sunday and Monday evenings: 6:00 and 8:30PM. Reservations required.
