About the Menu
At pastaRAMEN, the menu is a reflection of Chef Robbie Felice’s take on Wafu Italian, a cuisine that blends Japanese ingredients and technique with Italian comfort food traditions. You won’t find a printed menu online, and that’s by design. Our offerings evolve with the seasons and are shaped by what’s fresh, what inspires the kitchen, and what guests keep coming back for.
You might see ramen carbonara made with mochi noodles, or cacio e pepe gyoza alongside truffle miso pasta, dishes that look familiar but taste like nothing else in Montclair. Everything is crafted in-house, from the broth to the pasta, and the entire experience is meant to be enjoyed in person, with a favorite bottle in hand (yes, we’re proudly BYOB). Whether you’re here for your weekly bowl or your first visit, expect bold, creative plates in a space that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but takes the food very seriously.
